Let's say I have a listed 12V 20VA power supply that is not marked as Class 2 (there happens to be plenty of sub-100VA power supplies that are not Class 2 available). What type of circuit would this be? Same question for an unmarked furnace thermostat output, audio amp etc.
725.60(C) seems to require the source to be marked Class 2 to be a Class 2 source. If it's not marked Class 2 does that make it Class 1?
