Not unless one is an emergency power circuit and the other is a normal power circuit. Also, if you exceed three current-carrying conductors in a conduit, which may very well apply to your question, then you have to derate the conductors. I think there are also restrictions if one is low voltage (e.g., under 50) and the other is 120 volts or higher, but I am not very familiar with that area of the code.
