Circuit reallocation

I have a customer with an existing 50A hot tub circuit, using NM-B 6awg 3 wire w/g.
The customer wishes to remove this hot tub permanently. They are adding 2 new components; a 120v 15A dehumidifier, and a 240v 15A mini-split heat pump that are in the location of the existing disconnect. I would like to use an outdoor sub panel to split the 2 circuits.

My issue is, I can't readily find a NEMA 3R box at Home Depot, are the Eaton BR panels rated for outdoor use ok for this project?

Also, I would need an additional grounding bar correct, as they only come with one neutral bar with an optional bonding screw.
I would only bond the new ground terminal bar and not the neutral bar.
Any issues with this?

The bigger problem you have is that it is extremely unlikely that the original 6/3 nm-b was compliant to be run outside.

All you need for an outdoor enclosure is for it to be listed for the purpose (Nema 3r).

Supply houses and the internet will readily have these.

The circuit is routed in a dry crawl space under house, not exterior.

I don't reconfigure many electrical circuits, mostly deal with HVAC equipment. If memory serves me correct, my code class instructor stated the NEMA 3r was required for all exterior mounted panels/ disconnects, hence the reason for my asking? Are you saying NEMA 3r is or is not a requirement for residential applications?

Sadly, there are no dedicated electrical supply houses in my area. Johnstone would be the closest to a wholesale supply house we have. The other, "City Electric" and "Norfolk electric" deal with mostly control and signal wiring.

Small 3R panels are readily available. Here's one from Amazon for $25.

Although Amazon may be very quick on shipping, to me readily available, would mean attainable today.
They have the box pictured at Home Depot, but I don't see NEMA 3R on it.

Any electrical supply house should carry them also. If you're relying on a big box store then you might be out of luck.

Yeah, it stinks we don't really have one here. I'm not a fan of having to shop big box, but I guess we have to do what we have to do...

Ok, after researching a bit, I apparently stuck my foot in my mouth. The online description does show NEMA 3R.
