Circuit requirements for combo bathroom/laundry

I have a new service install quote for a new house. I am trying to determine how many circuits are required for the bathroom and laundry room. They are combined in one room as it is very small 810 sq.ft. home. I am asking about 120V circuits only. I know that there will be a dedicated circuit for the washing machine. I am planning on one circuit for the bathroom receptacles (one 4-gang at the vanity) and having the bathroom lights (overhead & vanity light) on the same circuit with the bathroom receptacles. My question is do I have to provide another circuit for laundry room receptacles separate from the bathroom receptacles and separate from the washing machine dedicated circuit?

No. Any and all 120v laundry receptacles may be on one laundry circuit, washer receptacle included.

The bath lighting and fan may be on the same circuit as the bath receptacle, as long as nothing else is.

(Nobody says the laundry area needs a separate light from the bathroom light.)
