Circuits in conduit

Welcome to The Forum. The answer to your question is almost universally yes, there is only two exceptions I can think of involving emergency circuits. I believe there is also an exception for solar arrays with AC and DC circuits in the same conduit. As noted you will have to adjust your ampacity per 310.15 (B) 2.

Is this for a pool? There are some scenarios where GFCI protected conductors cannot be in the same raceway with other non-GFCI conductors.

20 amp gfic for pump, 15 amp gfic for light tranformer, 20 amp for gfic outlet

Then post #5 (all circuits must be GFCI protectd) ,and the way I read 680.23(F), your equipment ground fro your lighting must be independent and unspliced.

Then how do you ground the switch to the transformer, switch is before the transformer,,,just loop the ground to the screw without using a pigtail?

Have you read 680.23 ?
All of your questions so far are answered in that Section.
