I will be pulling some UG feeder conductors THWN to an outbuilding from a house through PVC pipe.
Can I also pull UF cable in the same conduit?

I would like be able to switch some lighting in the building from the house and need to get some travelers for 3 way switching out there.

Conduit size is not an issue. Am using 2" for the following:

(3) #3 conductors
(1) #8 conductor
(2) 14/3 uf cables

If allowable, will deraiting be an issue for the feeders that I am using for a 100 amp rating?

Thanks.

Derating will kill the 100 amp feeder.

Based on the OP agree with you but most wire is coming THWN-2. If thats the case id say he's good to go.

I think he has a problem with the 2nd 14-3 anyhow.
The problem is with a third circuit between the two buildings.

But outside of that, my question is why pull UF cable when they make 14AWG THWN?

If both 14/3's are for three ways, that would be ok right?
From 225.30:
Where a branch circuit or feeder originates in these additional buildings or other structures, only one feeder or branch circuit shall be permitted to supply power back to the original building or structure, unless permitted in 225.30(A) through (E).

If they are on the same branch circuit that may be acceptable I guess.
