City swimming pools

The public pools are getting redone this fall. The specks call for coated rebar. I take it you can't bond coated rebar and have a grounding effect.

You've got a lot of work to do. See 680.26 (B)(1)(b).

Maybe the cost of the copper grid will sway the city fathers to ditch the epoxy coated rebar idea.

It is often a conductive coating. Epoxy would not be however.
