Clarity on Article 555.33 A 3 2020

Hello all,
I'm working on a scope of work for upgrades within a marina. I'll just say it seems like there are lots of opportunities for enhancement on this one... I have only worked on and around docks/marinas several times, and typically just service calls so I have never spent a ton of time in this article outside of schooling and testing. Very excited to be digging into something new.

Anyhow I'm specifically looking at article 555.33(A)(3) out of the 2020. it reads " Branch Circuits. Each single receptacle that supplies shore power to boats shall be supplied from a marina power outlet or panelboard by an individual branch circuit of the voltage class and rating corresponding to the rating of the receptacle."

Does the circuit breaker within a premanufactured marina pedestal cover the "individual branch circuit" portion? seems like it could be that simple so I wont go too nuts going into my thought process. any thoughts, or advice on this is greatly appreciated. Thanks!
