Class 1 / Div 1 Lighting_Sealed Fixtures

Question: I have a "factory sealed" luminaire manufactured by R-A-L, and would like to know if it complies with the exception from code article 501.15 (A)(1)(1)(1), that states i would not have to install an additional factory seal if my enclosure is "hermetically sealed".

Any feedback / comments will be greatly appreciated. I have already contacted the project engineer and the manufacturer and have not recieved any answers other than the "Installation must follow the NEC"
