Class 1 Div 1 Overhead Crane with multi conductor flat cable

I have flat cable festooning that comes from an XP bridge enclosure and goes to an XP hoist enclosure. The hoist travels on the bridge while the flat cable festooning is supported by trollies that are suspended by a c track.
1) Do all cables in a class 1 Div 1 have to be rated for C1D1?
2) If I have to remove a rigid conduit connection that has already been made may I reuse it?
 
1) They must comply with Section 501.140.
2) Forgive me, but I don't understand this part of your question.

In addition to question 1)… May I use an unclassified cable gland that will go into my C1D1 T and then into my seal?
