Does anyone know of a power conditioner that meets the following criteria:
- Comes with voltage regulator that can provide a constant voltage to equipment
- Rated for Class 1, Div 2 environments
- Plug-in

so you are looking for what is commonly called a wall wart.

I don't know that you are going to find one listed for use in a classified area.

Hard wired DC power supplies with a rating for Class I, Division 2 are common, but doubt that you will find one that is plug connected.

Sola and Phoenix COntact have DIN rail PS listed for Class I Div 2.
