Class 1 Div.2 use cable type vs conduit

When using an Intrinsically safe systems inside a Class1 Div.2 location, which type of cable to use. Is it required to use a conduit system for those cables (IS signals) which are installed inside this area (Class1 Div.2)?
Should these cables always have a blue color? ( Identification NEC2018 504.80)

Color coding is one method that can be used to identify IS circuits. it is not the only method.

It seems to me that with such basic questions it might be best to pair up with someone who has experience with these type of installs. There are other issues that need to be addressed that are not always real obvious.
