Class 2 circuit underground beneath parking lot

Are there any exceptions/provisions that reduce the required cover on underground installation of a Class 2 or Class 3 circuit that is installed beneath a parking lot? I have looked through 725, and as best I can tell - the provisions of Table 300.5 still apply, and any Class 2 or 3, in conduit or direct-buried, needs to be 24" below grade.

Is there another section or exception that I am missing that would reduce this depth?

See section 90.3
Do the rules in Article 725 reference burial depth?
As stated in the original post - i've looked through 725 and did not see anything. But was posting to see if there might be some provision that wasn't obvious to me.

Ok. Thanks. That was my intent.

The wiring is ‘temporary’ meaning somewhere between 12 months and 12 years. There’s some pushback on applicability of table 300.5, which was the reason for the question.

725.3 says only the requirements of Article 300 that are specifically referenced in Article 725 apply to those installations. 300.5 is not found in Article 725.

Note it is referenced for Class 1 circuits (725.46 says to install in accordace with Part I of Chapter 300). But not for the Class 2 and 3 circuits I was asking about.
