According to 725.139(D)(1), a Class 2 circuit conductor installed in a listed communication cable with communication circuits "shall be classified as communication circuits and shall be installed in accordance with the requirements of Article 800."
Do we have to interpret that to mean that one need only comply with the less restrictive Art. 800, or that both Articles govern the installation?
The requirements of Article 800, as shown in 90.3, do not mandate compliance with Chapters 1 through 7, except as otherwise noted in that Article.
If we are subject to Art. 725, then Chapters 1 through 4 still apply.
