Class 2 wires supported on outside of light fixture raceway

According to 300.11(B)(2) am I allowed to strap my class 2 wire to a lighting raceway (Flex)? The class 2 wire feeds a relay that turns these lights on and off..

I would say yes, the raceway could be used to support the Class 2 conductors.

It doesn't, 725.143 specifically deals with supporting Class 2 and 3 conductors and the last sentence of that section specifically allows installations as permitted in 300.11(B)(2).
