I am bidding a fit-out. Vanilla box.
In examining, The Ceiling is all sheetrock. Below the trusses. Like a fire rated type, Trying to comfirm.
Instead of using a Grid type Ceiling, (Open type black). They want totally open ceiling. With suspended cloud drops around.
Strapping to sheetrock is necessayr.
They aren't using a grid in most sections. And are using pendant type SJ cord Pendant lighting and 3/4 EMT piping all around strapped to sheetrock. Probably toggle bolt holes. Which can be 1 inch. Does this effect the fire rating. Is it "not allowed". ?
