I suspect it’s Type Z listed in Table 310.104(A) for special applications. Basically we would call it Teflon if that weren’t a trade name.
 
I think that he meant Class 2.
I took a test and the question was. Which would be classified a class Z wiring method of an oil burner heater? A) Firematic B) Thermostat C) Motorized zone damper D) B & C.
I've never heard of Class Z wiring meathod and maybe it was just a typo and should of been class 2
