some one could tell me if in class 1 zone 2 t3 iib should be made electric controll pannel in rule ARTICLE 505 of NEC ? if that is right can i make electric controll pannel explosion proff whit component european made in a rulew IEC 60079 ? anather things i have to do explosion test whit componenets inside the pannel ?
the mark of enclousure must be by ETL or UL ?

I am not entirely certain what you are asking, but I will attempt to address what I think it is.

Class I, Zone 2, T3, ib is a reference to a protection designation rather than an area classification. To the extent that associated components are properly marked AEx ib it would probably be acceptable under Article 505 for a Class I, Zone 2, T3, Group IIA, IIB or IIC location.

The NEC does not recognize IEC 60079 marked components.

There are several Nationally Recognized Testing Laboratories (NRTL); UL and ETL are simply two of them. They can help you properly document your assembly for US domestic applications.
