classification of locations

Hi again,

Today I need help about locations. I explain it. I am making a project in Spain about hotel under USA rules. Now I am sorting the places into my hotel. For this reason, I need that you talk me about the articles in the NEC where is discussing this themes. I know that in Section 5 about special ocupancies this theme is discussed but I dont know where are discussed others:
- Garages. (Parking). I think that is an unclassified location under section 5.
- Technical rooms about pumps and others systems where is pumped water.
- Technical room where is located transformer (dry type, 208Y/120 V).
- Technical room where is located generator (supplied by gasoline or diesel oil).
- Technical room where are located panelboards or swithboards.
- Bathrooms or locker rooms (damp or wet places).

It is very difficult to use an foreign standard, because some issues are not easily found. Sometimes a "direct answer" is not possible, because an item is directed to a given Section but when we read it, a new link or even a different standard reference is given. Could I suggest to hire an experienced professional on this standard to provide consultancy on it? I think it is safer, and maybe cheaper solutions can be obtained.
