Cleaning of Disconnects

Can someone direct me on the rules of cleaning Disconnects (Buckets) on a master control center. I have 6 floors and each floor has it's own MCC. My question would be "How do we clean MCC centers safely? Should the power be off to the entire bank or do we clean one bucket at a time. I'm sure we need to have an approved ARC Flash suit, gloves, face shield and boots.I'm just not sure about who to contact in regards to this type of cleaning. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
