Are there any special clean room requirements for a Class 10,000 clean room where we are installing receptacles, conduit and wire? I have heard that you never want to put panelboards in a clean room, and that there are obviously clean room rated lighting fixtures. But I have not heard of any special receptacles rated for clean rooms. I have heard of stainless steel face plates, and possibly GFCI rated and/or in use covers to protect the receptacles against wash down procedures. But are there actually special receptacles? What about the conduit and wire, do they need to be gasketed in some special manner? Are there clean room panelboards, disconnects, etc?

For clean rooms, it's usually about installation methodology with some attention to surface finishes. Class 10,000 should be pretty easy to hit.

The panel should be installed outside the clean room. It could be in the gowning annex. The clean room should be enclosed by a utility corridor that is unrated, or else one class lower (100,000 in this case) than the clean room. All utilities should originate in the utility corridor. If only one side is available as a chase, any utilities needed elswhere should run above the level that the HEPA filters will be installed at. This can be a very crowded space what with ultra high purity water, specialty and bulk gases running around in addition to your usual occupants. There are folks out there who specialize in clean room construction. Your best bet is to hook up with one of them.
