Clearance above panelboards

What is the required clearance above top of the panel board as per NEC. (the distance between top of the panel and finishing ceiling of the electrical room)

That is not what the code language says. The 1.8 meters only applies where the structural ceiling is more than 1.8 meters above the top of the panelboard.
