clearance for two panels side by side

Clearance calls for for 30 inch width and 36 inches out for a panel, but how much width is required for two panels side by side? Thank you.

Just enough to get the cover on and be able to open 90 deg, other than that 30" is all that is required for both.

30” from the left side of the left, and 30” from the right side if the right. Can you get them mounted in a 30” wide space? You’re good. If not, then how about 35”?
