Clearance from sprinkler heads

I was wondering if anyone knew the measured clearance from a sprinkler head to electrical raceway, cable trays, etc. I have worked at one project and clearance was spec. at 12", another project it was spect. at 18". To code, is the clearance from the center of the sprinkler head and what is the minimum clearance? Thank you.

I don't believe the code specifies any distance requirements between sprinkler systems and raceways. Equipment, however, is required to have dedicated space. See 110.26(F)
