In the process of constructing a garage.
Got my first wall up and now realize I am a little close to the insulated secondary service (120 / 120 / N) conductors on the utility pole. The conductors run horizontal to my structure with approx 7'6" Horizontal clearance- once I get trusses up and overhang for soffit will be further reduce to 6'6". In terms of vertical clearance to the peak of my roof, it will likely be 2-3' below the lines so the only way you could physically reach them from the roof is if you lean out and over 6+ ft.

I am having difficulty finding clarity with the rules on this, all I found was 3 M (10FT) from table 33 of the CEC.. But that seems excessive. 6-112 states clearances from exposed service conductor to windows and doors is 1M. I am thinking 36-110 applies more to the primary transformer feed at the very top of the pole?

"36-110 Guarding of live parts and exposed conductors
(1) Bare conductors, insulated conductors unless enclosed in or in contact with grounded metal, and other
bare live parts shall be
(a) accessible only to authorized persons; and
(b) isolated by elevation or by barriers.
(2) Where the conductors or live parts mentioned in Subrule (1) are isolated by elevation, the elevations and
clearances maintained shall be as specified in Tables 32, 33, and 34"

Anyone have any expertise on this?

Can't say how it works where you are, but where NEC is used those conductors normally are not subject to the NEC because they are utility owned/maintained and ahead of the "service point" which is where NEC would start to apply.
