I received word today that due to Mike Johnston's recent resignation from the IAEI, he will be forfeiting his slot on the NFPA 70 - CMP 5.

David A. Williams will be moved into his slot and William Pancake will fill the alternate position for the IAEI.

I am particularly excited about this as Bill Pancake is a good friend of mind, serves on the IAEI Florida Chapter Board of Directors with me and is a past officer of the Gulf Coast Division.

Bill works in the SW Florida area for Universal Engineering as a building official, plans examiner, and inspector.
 
That's good to know.

I'm just glad I now have someone to "preview" my CMP-5 proposals before I send them out. Perhaps I will get some tips to make them more "friendly" to the panel.

That and I plan to pressure him severely over things I don't like in Article 250...
