CMP in PVC

Can plenum CMP rated cable be installed in a PVC, underslab conduit?

What NEC Article regulates this installation?

Why not? And there is no article. Only time I would be concerned is if this was below grade because of the possibility of moisture filling the conduit. You would want to use a cable designed for direct burial for that application.
