Re: Code Book

So that's how CMP 10 does it.

What mistake?

Re: Code Book

Are replacement pages (with the corrections) available for the metal-ring binder type book?

It would be nice to be able to replace just those 20 or so pages. (I have a first printing version!) :(

Re: Code Book

There is appearantly something good about California being so ssslllooowww to get anything done. I still don't need my 2002 yet.

I can wait for a working version to be printed. :D

Re: Code Book

Sam, they are in the second printing now so you can go ahead and get one. Dave, I doubt that just a few pages would work out with the messed up pagination. To answer you question though, I have never heard of that being done. :D

Re: Code Book

Heck I have a first printing soft cover. :)

I enjoyed being able to cross out an entire code section (240.93) oh what a feeling of power! :D

Yeah, no point in procrastinating, we'll be considering adopting the 2005 some time in 2009 from what I can extrapolate. ;)

Wait a minute Bob, you're like one of the foremost NEC advocates. Could it be that there are underlying feelings of hostility and resentment?

Hostility and resentment?

No, not like that at all. :)

None the less having the power to change the rules at will would be OK for a time. :D

Re: Code Book

I think I know what Califireinyourlungs er I mean California thinks about AFCIs. Evidentally, they are waiting for all the bugs ( both factory and installation slip ups ) to be worked out.

Of course, AFCIs do not stop a wildfire from burning down a house so maybe AFCIs would not decrease house fires there.
