Is there a place and if so where can I find updated code changes from the previous years?

Anyplace that sells a codebook will also sell a changes book:

They kind of go hand in hand

Right in your code book. 2005 and earlier editions have a vertical line next to any changed text, and a bullet where text has been deleted.
The 2008 uses grey-highlighted text instead of the line.

All this is explained in the last paragraph on page 1.
