There is a 4-inch feeder pipe into a 12x12 junction box. The box is a 86" off finish floor. The four inch offsets down and it's Lowest point 81" off finish floor. There will be offices and the pipe runs through a corridor I couldn't find anything in the NEC. is it a building code violation?

Penetrating any fire walls ??
(a 12 x 12 box on a 4" conduit certainly might be a NEC violation depending on details)

Building codes usually have a minimum width for corridors that are used as part of the egress path. At 81" will this raceway encroach on the egress?

Check the adopted building code for your project. If it happens to be the International Building Code 2021, and the corridor is part of the general means of egress path, then 7'-6" height (Section 1003.2) needs to be clear for the calculated minimum width of the corridor. Most drawings do not show the minimum width per the code, so you will need to check with the Architect.

80" is the lowest you can have the box and the conduit, this includes the hangers. It's the same as the door opening height 80"

This is what a per brought up. But I believe that applys to the dedicated space above equipment not what I'm asking

If you are above 80", you will meet both IBC and ADA requirements for head-bangers such as conduit.

ADA -307.2 Protrusion Limits. Objects with leading edges more than 27 inches (685 mm) and not more than 80 inches (2030 mm) above the finish floor or ground shall protrude 4 inches (100 mm) maximum horizontally into the circulation path.

IBC - 1003.3.1 Headroom.

Protruding objects are permitted to extend below the minimum ceiling height required by Section 1003.2 where a minimum headroom of 80 inches (2032 mm) is provided over any circulation paths, including walks, corridors, aisles and passageways. Not more than 50 percent of the ceiling area of a means of egress shall be reduced in height by protruding objects.

Exception: Door closers and stops shall not reduce headroom to less than 78 inches (1981 mm).
A barrier shall be provided where the vertical clearance above a circulation path is less than 80 inches (2032 mm) high above the finished floor. The leading edge of such a barrier shall be located 27 inches (686 mm) maximum above the finished floor.
