What codes pertain to this 2" pipe.

Here's a quick description: The original install is a 480 volt 3 phase 600 amp service in the same room. Then some one came in and ran this 2" pipe which contains a 240 volt single phase 200 amp service up on the roof.

Welcome to the forum. Does that 2" EMT (eta: looks more like 1 1/4 or 1 1/2" to me) run thru a j-box with 480V circuits? I can't come up with any violation at the moment for it tho that's the first time I've seen an install like that.

ofc, as a former LV guy, I'm still puking in my mouth looking at the way that catx cable and orange smurf tube are run. Improperly secured, probably not riser or plenum guard. and uggggly!
 
Since there is no EMT connector on the top I would assume that the tubing runs straight through the pull box.
