Code Issues with Bulb Heat Lamps

I am searching the NEC 2008 for any restrictions/requirements for installing a bulb-type heat lamp in a restroom ceiling. I haven't had any luck finding anything and wanted to take one more step to make sure there isn't anything prohibiting this.

Does anyone know of any code issues with installing a heat lamp in a restroom ceiling. The lamp is 250W, 120V and will be controlled by a timer switch. This restroom is in a public facility. Thanks

I sure hope not, or just about every hotel room I've ever stayed in is in violation. :D
