If code allows boxes to be supported by ceiling grids up to a maximum size but not support the wires, then why dpes the pic not show the wires being supported and secured by the main ceiling support?

Considering that you are allowed six feet of unsupported flex additional straps may not be needed even in the cartoon world. Hard to tell but that whip to the exit sign looks like it might be supported and it just got cropped out of the frame.
