Big controversy in our shop.....most believe the wire should be insulated......
No picture.....
No controversy here.... everyone agrees the neutral wire should be white.
And we may or may not agree with you except we cannot see this neutral wire.

Try resizing them.

There you go again, saying things that are not true.
The neutral is not always required to be insulated.

Correct, the SEU cable we commonly use for services here has an uninsulated neutral.

big difference between should & shall -- service wire with concentric neutrals are pretty much old school

100% false. The vast majority of services in my general area are SEU cable, new and old.
