If there are temp 480v (8) sets of 600mcm feeder being run from (3) 1200a switches to switchgear 500' away is therre any disconnects needed by code along the way? They are in conduit. Thanks.

Because they are fused/protected already. What purpose would solved for an OCPD in between?
