I’m looking to see if I’m following code, i am installing a 50amp inlet onto my trailer with no existing electrical aside from signals. This will be powered by a 50amp generator. To my understanding I can then wire that inlet with proper gage wire to a 100amp subpanel lug box with a 50amp breaker acting as the “main” disconnect. Is that an acceptable practice? I see very contradicting things online and I am no trying to pay for a code book
