i have a job that is an older home that had a solar system installed, the electrical is in cold sequence. the riser is outside the two hundred amps disconnect is inside,
the ser 4/0 cable goes to a two non bye pass meter then from there feeds two main breaker panels.is there a concern to back feed the other panel if it is being worked on if the service disconnect for the solar is not turned off

The vast majority of domestic solar installations use grid interactive inverters, which will not produce any output if there is no connection to the grid. For such an installation it is not possible for the solar to energize a panel which has been disconnected from the grid. That said, it is always possible for a vanishingly improbable failure to energize an islanded inverter output.
