Can I bond my cold water pipe to a jumper that is cad welded to my ground loop and building steel. I want to tee off and bond to the cold water pipe

Appears to be compliant per 250.50, and if connection to water pipe complies with 250.52(A)(1). Bonding jumpers to be sized per 250.66. Reference 250.53(C).

Are you saying there is a conductor (wire type) that loops around the building and is cad welded to several building coulombs as it daisy chains them together?
Are asking, can you cadweld to that loop rather than going from building steel to the water pipe to include the water pipe as part of your grounding electrode system?
