In college dorm/sorority I have chapter room and study room. I was wondering if occupant loaf is greater than 100 for each room would chapter room or study room be considered assembly area?

Looks like per IBC 303.1would fall under Assembly Group A-3. Also, per NEC 518.1 and examples per 518.2(A) shall include but not limited to, the following. I would have to say yes.
