Guys

Could somebody give me the suggested color codes as per NEC if it is relevant

3 phase with neutral 208Vac
3 phase with neutral 308Vac
3 phase 600Vac
3 phase 4160Vac
3 phase 13800Vac

Just what we do
We use black red blue for 120/ 208
And brown orange yellow for 277/480

Take a look at 210.5 for the identification of branch circuits and 215.12 for the identification of feeders.

As 480sparky pointed out the NEC does not have a a specific color code other than for grounded and equipment grounding conductors.

Standard industry practice.

Only other one I didn't see on the list was 120/240 Delta with a wild leg. That would be-

Black, Orange, Blue.

Orange being the wild leg.

As stated above, code only directs on neutral ID, and Ground ID (250.119)

Delta connected-
Identifying high leg 3-phase supply,4 wire,
110.15
230.56
408.3(E)
408.3(F)
409102

110.15-

On a 4 wire, delta connected system where the midpoint of one phase winding is grounded, only the conductor or busbar having the higherphase voltage to ground shall be durably and permanently marked by an outer finish that is orange in color or by other effective means. Such identification shall be placed at each point on the system where a connection is made if the grounded conductor is also present.

Wow, answered that problem!

. . . shall be durably and permanently marked by an outer finish that is orange in color or by other effective means.
I've always taken that to mean "to be made orange by another effective means other than an outer finish."

Yes, but what Nolabama is saying up above, I don't see as some king of "Gotcha" surprise enough to warrant getting to carried away about. It's just a red flag not to use it for single phase activity (120). Still a good phase for everything else requiring 240.

This does not seem right.

240 3 Phase Center Leg Ground

is it the center or is it Corner grounded?????

Also

B) 200.6(A) conductors 6 AWG or smaller the entire conductor shall be the required color AND striped the entire lenght.

Shouldn't this be OR striped the entire lenght?

As the others have said ungrounded conductors coloring is not rigidly defined by the NEC, and trade practice rule the day.

If you wanted to use pink, purple and yellow for the low voltage system and black, red, and brown for the high voltage system, you are free to do so. You could also forgo colors altogether and go with a numerical system like HL1, HL2, and so on, and VL1, VL2, etc. But that is high impractical in most situations.
