Can anyone direct me to the section of the NEC that says if you use an insulated conductor for your Grounding Electrode Conductor, and run it to where the water enters the building, is there a color of insulation that it should be or shouldn't be?
I am aware that in 250.62 it says it shall be protected against corrosion. Conductors of the wire type shall be solid or stranded, insulated, covered, or bare.
However if it is insulated, can it be green? Or can I use a pink wire?
