Colorado Electricians

Hi folks. I am a Nebraska electrician. Currently not working in new construction. I work for Union Pacific Railroad. But eventually I may be getting back into the new construction side when I move out to Colorado someday. I am just curious if anyone knows if Colorado and Nebraska journeyman liscenses reciprocate or would I have to retest.

Yes, check out this link.

But I thought working for the railroad was a pretty sweet gig?

My friend grew up in 'the planet', his dad works for the railroad, he was always scoring tools and stuff. :)

I'm pretty sure you will have to retest. I will tell you this about the Ft. Collins area, a few houses are starting to be built again & commercial buildings are going great. Good luck.

Ya I like the railroad,,but i still miss the new construction environment, I just want something as a contingency plan. Union Pacific has a place in Denver I will probably try transferring to someday when I move out there but I dont want to limit myself to that and want to have my liscense always.
