Combining refrigeration appliances

A refrigeration appliance has 4.1 amps with max OCPD 15 amps. Another appliance has 2.3 amps with no max OCPD. Can both of these go on one 15 amp circuit breaker?

Yes, but there is a chance the manufacture's instructions will call for a dedicated circuit.
