630.13 Disconnecting Means. A disconnecting means shall be provided in the supply circuit for each arc welder that is not equipped with a an integral disconnect mounted as an integral part of the welder and Each external disconnect shall be marked to identify what arc welder it disconnects.
5 Statement of Problem and Substantiation.
Text is extremely awkward.
