210.6 Branch-Circuit Voltage Limitations.
(E) Over 600 690 Volts Between Conductors. Circuits exceeding 600 volts, nominal, between conductors shall be permitted to supply utilization equipment in installations where conditions of maintenance and supervision ensure that only qualified persons service the installation.

(E) Over 600 1000 Volts Between Conductors. Circuits exceeding 600 1000 volts, nominal, between conductors shall be permitted to supply utilization equipment in installations where conditions of maintenance and supervision ensure that only qualified persons service the installation.
5 Statement of Problem and Substantiation.
This should be attached to the general changes from 600V to 1000V.
400Y/690 is a common voltage for motors.

1000V has been adopted as the new highest low voltage.
