I'd like someone to comment on the following scenario regarding Class I Division 2 Conduit Boundary Seals:
Conduit duct bank, open ended originating in Class I Division 2, stubbing up in unclassified area at the opposite end in rigid metal conduit and connecting directly into to a dry type transformer, (480-120/208V) with conduit and Meyers Hub. The transformer is non-arcing, but I feel a conduit boundary seal is required at the stub-up since it is not open ended like the opposite end.
