Comments about Rigid Weathertight connectors

Hi, can anyone give me some insight about an install? I have several Rigid pipes that are going into a panel outside. I had to cut them down and put a j-box on the exterior of this building. Are there any cheaper connectors i can use that are rain tight? the thread less rigid connectors for 2 inch are so expensive.. I have seen a lot of Rigid set screw connectors used outside in this area but that doesn't seem code worthy. Any ideas? thanks!

How expensive are they? seems the client must pay for them not you.

If you can thread them in place, it will be a good day, if not malleable setscrew are about $16 and threaded steel are about $24 each.
I don't see a huge cost here.
