Commercial 3 Phase Service Calculation

What is the formula for calculating a 3 phase service on a cabinet shop. I can figure all the continuous and non-continuous loads. Just not sure where the deduction in demand is. Most motors are single phase 208.

Motors are neither continuous or noncontinuous, but often put in noncontinuous sum. Basically there is no deduction for motor loads unless they are unlikely to run concurrently or part of an appliance which qualifies for an appliance deduction. Otherwise it's 125% of the largest (current draw) motor plus 100% of the remaining motor loads, plus 125% continuous and 100% noncontinuous.

I need to know how to calculate main service including lighting general outlets along with motors for cabinet shop. Is there a deduction method after all is accounted for like in residential calculations. Where you remove first 10,000 and then 40%. This is 208/120 three phase commercial cabinet shop. Small 5 man shop
