Do commerical (well, non-residential) receptacles have to be on their own circuit like residential? 1) If you have a men's and women's restroom right next to each other can all the lighting/receptacles/ex. fans for these restrooms be on the same circuit? 2) Can the receptacles for a unisex restroom be on a lighting circuit for surrounding areas?

1) Yes!
2) Yes!

The only non-residential bathroom receptacle verbage I can find is 210.18(B) which required the recepts in the bathrooms to be GFCI protected.

If I am wrong, blast away!! It's how I learn best!!! :D

Commercial bathroom receptacles don't require a dedicated branch circuit unless they are for a Guest room in accordance with 210.60. There is very little in the code for requirements for receptacles in commercial buildings, usually this is left up to the designer.
