Commercial dishwasher fused or non fused

Running a feed for a dishwasher, single phase 240 volt 88 amps, the run is 160’ from sub panel. Trying to bypass the giant 100 amp disconnect by using contactor in a cabinet above the ceiling. Do dishwashers require a fused disconnect? With distance and amperage I’m installing a 125 amp breaker so does that require a fuse to the matching amperage of the dishwasher?
